It’s on the shuttle route with easy access to Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley. The open floor plan offers over 3,000 square feet of comfortable living space with vaulted ceilings and unobstructed views of the nearby slopes. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, hardwood floors, and plenty of work space. Enjoy incredible views from the breakfast bar or dining area, perfect for entertaining. The wrap around deck offers a private outdoor hot tub to enjoy at the end of the day.

Located in Lower Deer Valley, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath tri-level Lakeside end unit has mountain and lake views. It is approximately 2,883 square feet in size. The main level, which is up two short flights of stairs, has an open concept family room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Behind the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace with gas assist.
