Located in Lower Deer Valley, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath tri-level Lakeside end unit has mountain and lake views. It is approximately 2,883 square feet in size. The main level, which is up two short flights of stairs, has an open concept family room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Behind the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace with gas assist. These rooms have access to a wrap-around deck, with great lake and mountain views. The condo has a 2-car garage and laundry room. There is a community pool and hot tub, open summer and winter only. The free City Bus stops about 2 blocks away.

Abode at the Ridge is a cozy town house located in the prestigious Silver Lake Village of Upper Deer Valley. Featuring three beautifully appointed bedrooms, and 3.5 baths, Abode at the Ridge offers spacious yet cozy accommodations. It’s just a few blocks to world-class shopping, dining and of course skiing. The layout is excellent for hosting large groups, as each guest will have their own private space and bathroom, with bedding to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests in beds, or up to 17 comfortably with a sleeper sofa in the loft.

The Double Eagle Townhomes sit slope-side in the Silver Lake area at Deer Valley Resort, providing ski-in ski-out access and stunning mountain views. The Silver Lake Village, three blocks away, is situated around a day lodge, après ski bar and popular ski beach, and is a hub of fine dining, shopping and entertainment. During the summer months, Double Eagle’s location gives you direct access to hiking, mountain biking and scenic chairlift rides. Park City’s historic Main Street is less than three miles away.
