I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you that we had a wonderful time on our trip to Vail. Mother nature was good to us with about 18" of new snow during the week. On the big powder day we skied run after run of fresh tracks in the back bowls and blue sky basin.
All of our travel plans and the accommodations worked out great. We really relaxed and enjoyed everything. Thanks for your help and attention to detail.

I am a new client of Ski.com and had my first experience today with Cheryl Frymire. I wanted to report to you the remarkable experience that Cheryl has provided me. I called for a last minute get-away to a rather vague location to leave tomorrow and return on Sunday. AND I wanted a cheap trip!
Cheryl worked diligently to look at a broad range of options, focusing on price and quality of location. Meanwhile, she continued to set my expectations during her research time and provided me her direct phone line. She followed up quickly when she needed to research for an answer and didn’t want to keep me waiting on the phone. Cheryl was friendly, patient, proactive, and also able to relate well to a fellow solo travel. She emailed responses to my several questions and was also flexible to work around my technology constraints. Finally, in stating my travel itinerary, Cheryl went above and beyond to provide her home telephone number in the event that I had questions or concerns while traveling alone. Incredible. I have already told many of my friends about my experience.

Hi Bobbi -
Just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous trip to Big Sky! All went smoothly, and the Big Horn Condo was perfect (except for housekeeping insisting on putting queen size sheets on a king size bed!) The weather was great and the 12" of fresh powder for our last day was the icing on the cake. Too bad the temps were 10 below by then, but we made the best of it. By that nite it was 22 below, so we weren't too sorry to leave the next day. It's quite a spectacular area, and we also had a blast snowmobiling thru Yellowstone the one day. Thanks for all the arrangements.
Thanks again for everything, and keep us posted on any last minute great deals that maybe just Tony and I might be able to take advantage of!

We were very pleased with our accommodations at the Chateau and the dinner reservations were perfect. I spoke with her at length about what kind of cuisine I was looking for and she was very helpful in making suggestions as it had been over 5 years since I was there. I almost felt as if she was responsible for the 2 feet of fresh powder that fell the day and evening we arrived! I have worked with Tom Nugent through Ski.com for the past seven years. My family and I have skied at a number of resorts throughout Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and British Columbia. Working with Tom has been a pleasure, and I have found him to be extremely helpful in selecting our accommodations.
In the past I have found Tom to be extremely professional and knowledgeable with regards to all of the resorts that we have visited over the years. His honesty is overshadowed only by the courteous manner in which he has dealt with me over the phone. Probably his most unique quality is the fact that he really is a “straight shooter” in that he has never acted in a deceptive way when describing accommodations at a specific resort. This type of service is invaluable and certainly is not available through your standard internet discount travel agencies.
I consider Tom Nugent to be a good friend, although we have never met in person. It certainly is nice to know that I can call Ski.com and have somebody whom I trust to give me useful and accurate recommendations when I travel to ski country. In closing, I think you should feel fortunate to have such a hard-working, dedicated individual working at Ski.com. Tom always goes the extra mile to give the best service possible including working on holidays. Most recently he actually got a message I left on his voicemail on New year’s Eve and took the time to book a flight and accommodations for me, and I was quite impressed with his extra effort.

I am an expert skier who skis every week and once a year at a destination resort. This is absolutely the best resort guide I've EVER come across ! This allows me to verify the TRUE proximity of the lodging being offered on the typical 1-800 reservation #. I can also review the type of skiing a resort offers like; above the tree line, chutes, alpine, faces, bowls, all of it !! Amazing work ! Please keep it up and add more. Just wanted to write and say what a perfect vacation we had! Everything went off as planned without one single hitch! Leo was wonderful; knowledgable and more than ready to help at a moments notice. He was full of suggestions and we would follow him anywhere! The hotel was charming; exactly what we were looking for.
My immediate family and I are considering your Cortina trip next year. We'll look forward to the details. We just hope the airport isn't as far away as Munich was from Innsbruck. That's the only thing I would've changed about our trip.

For the last three months, I have had the pleasure of booking a variety of reservations through one of your agents, Connie Morrell. She was my first contact with ski.com, and what an impression she made on me with her knowledge, her pleasant phone manner, and her professionalism. I am new at my job as personal assistant to a well-traveled couple who have very particular likes and dislikes, and over the course of my contact with Connie there were changes that had to be made, upgrades, etc. Connie never wavered in her professional demeanor, always just as polite, warm, and businesslike as one could hope for. She must have been very busy with all the ski reservations this time of year but never gave the slightest indication of being swamped, tired, exasperated or anything. Always classy and gracious, and the travel documents she sent to me were beautifully presented in a timely fashion, thorough, and accurate.
I don't know how many employees you have there, but I hope you know what a jewel you have in Connie. I am already looking forward to next December to start booking with her again. Ski.com is certainly fortunate to have her on staff.

I just sent off an email to the hotel in Kitzbuhel to tell them how wonderful they were; I would recommend the Goldener Grief to anyone going to Kitzbuhel.
We were treated so royally by the Lufthner tour company as well! They sent a guide with us on the bus from Munich to Kitzbuhel; her name was Veronika Schussmann and she was thee best! Just so personable and helpful. She helped arrange all the tours for non-skiers to Innsbruck and Salzburg, a sleigh ride after skiing and told us all sorts of interesting things about the area. Once again, I would highly recommend her and the tour company to anyone you send there.
We are talking to friends about the 2007 trip to Argentine and Peru already; I sure hope you can join us as it would be great to see you again and also, have you as our expert on So America. If you can't come, we better start taking some crash courses in Spanish! We will have our group picture parties in early April so hopefully, we can have a price by then. Thanks again.

I have just finished two years of working with Adventures on Skis/Ski.com. I have been taking groups to Innsbruck, Austria for the past 19 years.
Two years ago I switched to Adventures of Skis/Ski.com after meeting with Leo.
Laurie McKinnon has been the person who I worked with for the past two years. I want someone who pays her to know that she has done an outstanding job. After 19 years one would think every question and every situation would have been handled. There is always something new, and Laurie handled it.
I want to thank the support staff that works with Laurie. I am sure there are others who take care of different aspects of the trip.
This past month we had 104 people in our group. A very small number of people were a pain. I am sorry to say ugly Americans. Alexandra and Luc, our two hosts on sight were wonderful. They handled these few problems very professionally. I have known Alexandra and Luc for many years and am most happy with their service to my groups. Each year I do an end of the trip survey. Again this year Alexandra and Luc received high marks for their service to the group.
My compliments to the Hotel Grauer Bar. Their staff went out of their way for our group. The hotel received many wonderful compliments for their service. This was my 17-year staying at the Grauer Bar.
I look forward to working again with Laurie, as we have already begun plans for the next trip.

Just over two weeks ago I contacted your group regarding attempting to arrange for a vacation.

Well....just got back from Deer Valley....it was beyond our comprehension.
Alex, we thought that last year you hit the bull's eye with your arrangements. Given that, this year you split last year's arrow dead center again.
It is difficult to even describe the wonders of this trip. The transportation was perfect....The Chateau was brilliant...the food (everywhere on the hill) was breathtaking.....and the skiing...well, we had over 3ft. of fresh powder during our visit.
On top of all the above, the people everywhere were totally dedicated to making the experience easy....store your skis for free....guides if you want a skiing orientation to the courses....people at each slope map to give advice.
Alex, I have had a lot of vacations. This was so much better than anything else in my life that there really is no second place. Put us in your "tickler" file and contact us in August to set up the next year's trip....same everything!
In closing, let me tell you that I have referred you to about a zillion people and will continue to do so.

The Pan Pacific was the right decision from both a location & an amenity aspect. The staff was very attentive, extremely friendly, professional, the facilities were clean & the location was superb. We had a blast talking with the staff (what a delightful group of young people) & they were basically at our beck & call whenever we wanted to go somewhere or get picked up. You were correct - we did not need a car...we could have used more snow, but we did not need a car!

I'm looking for something reasonable, near the lifts, to include roundtrip air, lift tickets and ski rental for 4 days, ground transfers and lodging. Thank you for my best vacation ever!!! The spring snow was fine and it even snowed on the 4th day. I had five wonderful days skiing and achieved an advanced level. I loved exploring the town and enjoyed the cultural diversity of people- I was totally at ease as a single traveler and made some nice friends. Hotel Albana Real was perfect- very helpful, convenient, and a beautiful place to stay. There was opportunity to explore other areas of Southern Switzerland, but I preferred hiking around Zermatt. I'd love to return for more skiing in Zermatt- perhaps earlier next spring. Please send the information on summer skiing- I am not sure I'll have the opportunity for a summer vacation, but I may be able to swing it. Absolutely, I am interested in your program to Austria as well. I understand that skiing in Austria is more challenging by the less smooth nature of the slopes- I'd like to learn to be comfortable in all skiing conditions.

I'm writing this letter to praise one of your employees. Recently, I booked three separate ski trips that I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances with each client.The first one was for my brother and D.E. worked so diligently on various options for him and his wife. He had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts.
The second was a $17,000 trip for a party to the Ritz Carlton Club in Colorado. They cancelled in less than 24 hours and D.E. went the extra mile and lowered their $4,000 penalty to one for $250.00!!
Lastly, I had four young men traveling to Salt Lake City to ski. Unfortunately, we had a massive blizzard here in New England and it messed up their plans. D.E. was quick on her feet and had an upbeat attitude and rescheduled their trip for me. She also went the extra mile with Delta to obtain a refund for one of the gentleman who could not travel.
I will always sell Ski.com with confidence because of conscientious employees like D.E. Please shower her with accolades because she is an asset to your company!
