Choosing Skis
I want to get a new pair of skiis and I am looking at the Armada AR6's and ARV's. Also I am considering the K2 Silencers. I want a all mountain park ski that can survive powder. Since I am still growing, I will have to buy new boots and bindings as well. Any further suggestions on these skis, boots, and bindings would be greatly appreciated. Also if you have any others you could suggest. I ski mostly blacks and double blacks and am 5'6" 110.
THANKS

Re: Choosing Skis
My personal advice is to go for the AR6's they cost quite a bit more than the K2 Silencers you mentioned however they will benefit you in both Park and All Mountain riding. They are just stiff enough to create an adequate carving ski, while just soft enough to create a great park ski. They are not the widest or slimmest ski, so they should handle powder fairly well(i personaly have never tried them in powder). As for boots and bindings. Bindings-Go for the Salomon z-12's . Boots- WATEVER FEELS COMFORTABLE, plus look for a boot made for park possibly w/ a pad under the heel to absorb shock.
