Depends on what your looking for and how much you want to spend.  You could probably find something in south lake for 700, but this would be a POS from the 70's thats been neglected.  Right now I live in a 2 bedroom house with a full kitchen for 1100.  Its all based on how much you want to spend and how little you'll settle for.  Most people here though can make it on minimum wage jobs from the resort, so most people can find something in their budget.
