A magnificent residence in a private, gated community at Canyons Resort, Colony Mountain Estate has an unparalleled location and ski in, ski out access. Tucked away in a pristine forest setting, offering complete privacy, this newly constructed estate welcomes guests with a grand foyer leading to a spacious great room with breathtaking views, wood ceiling, cloth walls, custom stone fireplace and comfortable furnishings. Just down the hall is a gourmet kitchen, outfitted with Wolf, Sub Zero and Bosch appliances, walk-in pantry and breakfast bar at the center island. A dining area adjoining the kitchen offers extra seating for casual dining, while an adjoining dining room offers formal dining with plenty of room for the whole group.

Seven bedrooms, including two master suites, comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. Each guest room is spacious, lavishly appointed and offers a private en suite. Both masters have king beds and the additional guest suites offer queen and twin beds, including bunk beds and a loft in the kid’s retreat room. For added luxury, there are radiant heat floors and Smart Home technology throughout, two laundry rooms, daily maid service available upon request.

Downstairs après activities abound in multiple game rooms, home gym and private screening room. Challenge friends to a game of pool or ping pong, add an extra workout, or curl up in the theater-style seats and watch a movie, all from the comforts of your own home. If you’d like to enjoy more of the fresh mountain air, head outside and relax in the hot tub or roast marshmallows by the fire pit.

Set slope side, ski in, ski out access is quick and easy via the Harmony run. A mud room with ski lockers and plenty of benches and cubbies houses all the equipment just off the heated patio.     Trip Cancellation Policy


    • A $100.00 per person change fee will be assessed per change on any deposited reservation.
    • Client will pay for any actual penalties assessed or rate changes incurred by the lodging, airline or other vendors.


    • Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed $100.00 per person plus any fees and/or penalties assessed by the Lodging establishment and other vendors.
    • If notice of cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival, package is non-refundable. There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.
    • No show, no refund.
    • If purchasing airline tickets through us, they will be non-refundable once ticketed as mandated by the airlines.
