Everything about our vacation was great except for the lodging. We stayed in room 107 which was like going back in time. The beds are terrible both my wife and I are just recovering from the terrible mattress and even my 15 year old son was complaining. The appliances are outdated and the condo just needs an overhaul. I was told there are better rooms at this condo but I would go for some other unit for sure.

Our first impression of Sawmill Creek was great. The condo was nicely portioned, the layout was exactly what we needed, the decor was beautiful and it was well furnished. Everything worked as we expected - the condo itself was great. The location would have been good if not for the lack of snow. With more snow, we could have ski'd down the 4:00 run rather than deal with buses in the evening, but the bus service is really good and there was a bus stop right next to the condo. Our only issue is that the people above us were really loud. They wore boots when walking across hard floors and their floorboards squeeked in every room. I know when they went to bed each night (around midnight) because the squeeking floors were loud enough to wake me up. I also know when they got up each morning (6 am), because their stomping woke up my daughter. Based on the parking garage, the condo had very few occupants, but the build management was unwilling to do anything other than "ask them to be quiet for us." Even if they did ask, it had no effect. The condo was very nice, but I will never stay there again.
