My wife, son (13) and I had a great stay at MTL. The gondola is a short walk across the street and you can ski almost to the door on the 4 o'clock trail. If you prefer not to walk to the gondola, which takes less than 5 minutes, you can go by shuttle which is usually prompt. Take the shuttle to the Peak 9 lift if you prefer. The room was comfortable and had reasonable cooking untensils needed for those who like to dine at home. The village is not within easy walking distance in my opinion, so take the free shuttle or the local bus into town. The staff are super friendly and try to accomodate every need. I checked my e-mail at the free public computer in the main builidng and took advantage of the free coffee every morning. Main building is a good place to gather if you have freinds staying with you.

We truly enjoyed our vacation staying at this resort!! The location is nice because it is close to town and the Gondola so we walked almost everywhere. We arrived early and wanted to ski for the day before check-in and the staff was very accomodating providing us with garage access for our rental car and a shuttle ride to the slopes! Our room was very nice and we would definitely like to return again!
