Over the weekend, Telluride, Colorado closed down its bullwheel for the season. The 2016-17 closing day was especially jubilant as the resort was celebrating their second snowiest season on record, with 308 inches. After a bit of a lull in March, Telluride got hammered with a couple bountiful storms this past week. The snowiest season on record was in 2007-08 with 341 inches.
