When it comes to recovering from or preparing for a session on the slopes, nothing compares to the benefits of stretching and meditative breathing at the base—or summit—of a mountain. Yoga can help calm and focus the mind while improving strength and flexibility, advantages all skiers and riders can reap. From morning Yoga for Skiers on top of Aspen Mountain to Sun Valley’s Après-Ski Yoga, here is the lowdown on how to unite mind, body and spirit at yoga classes across Ski Country.
