Every autumn dozens of industry reps from resorts, properties and more descend on Ski.com headquarters in Aspen, Colo. to update us on what’s new for the coming season. We sat down to chat with Todd from Taos, and here’s what he had to share:

Q: What’s new at Taos for 2015-16?
A: Taos has a new notel coming November 2016. We have new price points for lift tickets, ski school and gear rentals. Last year we got the new Kachina lift.

Q: What makes Taos unique or different from other resorts?
A: New Mexico is different from your average ski town.

Q: In your opinion, what are the top three reasons skiers and snowboarders return year after year to Taos?
A: Terrain, food and ski school.

Q: If possible, do you know how many years Taos has worked with Ski.com?
A: At least 21 years.
