Huntley Lodge

Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

Wolf Pack Hideaway

With big picture windows and sweeping mountain views, Wolf Pack Hideaway offers a feeling of true comfort in the heart of Moonlight Basin. Nestled directly on Moonlight Basin’s Powder River run for ski-in, ski-out access in the winter with hiking and biking trails out the door in the summer, the 4-bedroom home is ideal for groups and families looking to enjoy Big Sky’s year-round recreation. Styled in mountain decor, this rustic mountain condo welcomes guests to an expansive great room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains and French doors opening onto a private deck with a hot tub. There is a second deck that offers a gas grill for guests to use. A full-length leather sofa and three additional armchairs provide ample space to relax around the fire or watch the large flat-screen TV. With ski access and hiking trails just outside, guests have ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoors from Wolf Pack Hideaway, but private on-site parking makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, from downtown Big Sky, located just 8 miles away, to Yellowstone National Park, about an hour’s drive. Available for an optional fee, guests also have access to the Moonlight Club facilities, a 3-minute drive away, including a heated swimming pool, fitness center, and family-friendly activities like snowshoeing and ice skating at Ulery’s Lake outdoor activity center. In the summer, guests can mountain bike, fish, and many other activities.

Swift Bear Lodge

Sophisticated and contemporary, the Swift Bear Lodge is a year-round getaway with spectacular mountain views of Lone Mountain. In winter, this 5 bedroom, 5 bath home is ski accessible with easy access to the White Otter lift. One of the bedrooms is located on the main level, with a king bed and private bath. There are three more bedrooms downstairs, two of which offer king beds and the last of which has a captain’s bunk bed. One of these bedrooms has a private bath, while the others share a hall bath. The fifth bedroom is located above the garage with two sets of twin bunk beds and a private bath. The game room is downstairs and has a pool table and TV/DVD player. In addition to two large family rooms, there is also a home office. The large kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line granite countertops and Thermador appliances, including a 6-burner stove and double oven with indoor grill top, two refrigerators, and a walk-in pantry.
