Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

These one of a kind cabins offer the adventurous spirit of a stay in a mountaintop fire lookout tower with all of the luxurious comforts Big Sky's most discerning guests have come to expect. The Beehive Basin View cabin is perched at the north end of the property with open views across its namesake-Beehive Basin. The upper level of this cabin is an open floor plan consisting of a gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room. A massive floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace warms this space as you entertain and enjoy the panoramic views. Take in the sunrise while eating breakfast before a day of skiing or hiking and marvel at sunset views while the chef in the family prepares dinner to refuel after after a day of adventuring. Seat up to 6 at the dining table plus an additional 3 at the kitchen island. The upper level opens to a 360 degree wrap-around balcony complete with a gas grill. Please note that a four wheel drive vehicle with winter tires and winter driving experience is required for access during winter months. Powder Ridge Cabins are handcrafted cabins with roomy floor plans, modern amenities, and old world charm. Enjoy cozy a fireplace, private outdoor hot tub, and a full kitchen, all nestled in the pines on the flanks of Lone Peak. The Powder Ridge Cabins are great for families and groups. Located on the north end of the Mountain Village, you can access skiing via secluded trails and bridges. In fact, on your first day of skiing, you can access the White Otter Lift and ski over to the base area to pick up your lift tickets. Just make sure you get exact directions on the best ski route back to your cabin, or you might end up too far down the mountain! Private vehicles are required for this location.

The Black Eagle Lodges are less than 1/4 mile to the Plaza and nearly at the foot of the Black Bear Poma Lift. Ski in to your elegant accommodations and relax on the scenic deck. Treat yourself to comfort and convenience, richly decorated with wood and stone accents. Spacious master suites, extra sitting rooms and rec rooms add to the character of these multi-level condominiums. Amenities include a wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2-car garage.

A guest master, also featuring a king bed, offers total privacy as the only room (along with a detached private bath) on the upper level. On the main level, an expansive deck offers ample outdoor seating with breathtaking views of the Spanish Peaks Range. Fire up the BBQ grill for apres-ski al fresco, or simply take in the sun on your private patio in between runs. With a custom ski room to store your gear, you can easily ski and stop at your leisure, treating Alpenglow as your own private lodge.

Antler Ridge Lodge is located minutes away from Big Sky Resort, placing you within reach of excellent skiing, white water rafting, hiking, golfing, and fishing. When your day of adventure is done, sit back on the sweeping deck and take in the gorgeous mountain views and local wildlife. With 4 bedrooms and a bonus room downstairs, this home is ideal for large groups. Two master bedrooms each have king beds and private baths. There is a bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and private bath, and a downstairs bedroom with two twin beds. Additional bedding is available on the queen sleeper sofa in the loft, as well as two bunk twin beds in the bonus room. For indoors fun, make use of the game room downstairs, which is equipped with a pool table, a wet bar, and a TV/DVD entertainment system. The group will also love spending time on the decks outside, which provide incredible views of Yellow Mountain and a luxurious hot tub. For your convenience there is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a gas grill on the back deck, a two car garage, and a laundry room.
