Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

This 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath house is a ski accessible escape nestled on the wooded grounds of Moonlight Basin. Hardwood beams, vaulted ceilings, log furniture and mountain decor evoke the feeling of a classic ski lodge, while a gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and cozy living spaces makes this 2,600 square-foot residence feel like home. A two-story great room features two full-length sofas and a comfy armchair framing a wood-burning fireplace and large flat-screen TV for relaxing nights in, while a formal 8-seat dining table, set beneath an impressive cast-iron chandelier, allows families to gather around a home-cooked meal. With granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is sure to inspire the family chef. Three seats at the breakfast bar provide additional seating or a separate kids’ area. Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal sweeping mountain views from a private wrap-around deck, which also features a four-seat table and chairs, gas grill, and private hot tub. The spacious master suite offers views of its own with a private balcony overlooking mountains and towering pine trees. In addition to a king-sized bed, this room features a plush loveseat facing a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaker tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms are on the first floor, both featuring queen-sized beds and private bathrooms. A third-floor loft features two additional twin beds plus an additional trundle bed to comfortably sleep 10 total guests, as well as a full-length sofa, desk, flat-screen TV and private bath. From the main-level ski room, a private staircase leads to a groomed access trail for convenient ski access to Moonlight Basin or Big Sky Resort, giving each guest the freedom to hit the slopes, break for lunch, or start apres-ski at their leisure. A private washer and dryer ensures every day can start with dry clothes. Beyond the slopes, a one-car garage gives you the freedom to explore the shops, dining and entertainment in downtown Big Sky, a 5-10 minute drive away. In the summer, soak in the mountain views and hit the trails for hiking and biking, or test your high-altitude driving distance at the nearby Big Sky Golf Course.

Located in Moonlight Basin, it’s a short drive to Big Sky Resort and other shops and amenities right in town. In the winter, take advantage of the direct ski-in ski-out access and the comforts of a dedicated ski room back at your vacation home. Located not far from the Bootlegger Lift at Big Sky Resort, you can return home, slip off your boots, and relax in the private outdoor hot tub. Explore everything winter has to offer -- skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and more -- all from this luxury Montana home. The Renegade Chalet home is perfect for the adventure seeker or family looking to get away. There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with a king bed, private bath, gas fireplace, and access to a deck. The third bedroom is downstairs and has a king bed and private bath. Also downstairs are two more bedrooms, one of which has a full bed, twin bunk bed, and private bath. The other offers a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and private bath. A two-car garage and laundry room are also available for your convenience.

As you step inside this 2-story retreat, you will fall in love with the large picture windows that frame the mountains outside and provide plenty of natural lighting. Decorated in pristine white cabinets with gold accents, the spacious kitchen includes a 4-stool breakfast bar and a large kitchen island with 4 additional stools and stainless-steel appliances. The adjacent U-shaped breakfast nook/dining table is great for sit-down dining or a quick bite before skiing. After adventuring, guests can relax and unwind in the cozy living room with a linen couch, 2 armchairs, Smart TV and a gas fireplace. Step outside onto the fully furnished deck with spectacular mountain views. Located near the Moonlight Lodge, directly on the groomed run Powder River, the Cowboy Heaven Cabins enjoy beautiful views year-round, and easy ski access to all of Big Sky Resort's terrain in the winter. These comfortable cabin-style homes enjoy majestic views of Lone Mountain and the valley below. When your day of adventure comes to an end, take a dip in your private outdoor hot tub, soaking in the incredible surrounding scenery. Alpine Meadow Chalets are surrounded by lodge pole pines and are located within a half mile of the Madison Base Area. Chalets feature fine finishes, designer décor with cathedral ceilings, stone fireplaces, decks, in-unit laundry facilities and full kitchens. A private vehicle is recommended.

With nearly 5,000 square feet, there are 5 bedrooms—two kings, two queens, and one bunk room with two twins and two doubles. The two luxurious master suites are furnished with gas fireplaces. In addition to two large family rooms, there is also a home office. The large kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line granite countertops and Thermador appliances, including a 6-burner stove and double oven with indoor grill top, two refrigerators, and a walk-in pantry. Guests can choose to dine in the large dining area or outside on the large wraparound deck with ceiling heaters. Other amenities include a house-wide Sonos sound system and two home theater systems, two sets of washer/dryers, an outdoor gas fire pit, large gas grill, 8-person outdoor hot tub, separate ski/gear room, and 2-car garage.
