Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

Built on three levels, this 5,250 square-foot home is ideal for groups and families, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. A guest master, also featuring a king bed, offers total privacy as the only room (along with a detached private bath) on the upper level. Silverado Lodge is a sprawling modern cabin situated halfway between Big Sky’s Town Center and the Spanish Peaks mountain range, a 5-minute drive from restaurants, shops and entertainment downtown and just 20 minutes from skiing at Big Sky Resort. Constructed using Western red cedar logs, the 5-bedroom estate offers a feeling of seclusion with sweeping views and a private sledding hill in the backyard. High ceilings with towering beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, multiple private decks and wood-burning fireplaces evoke a classic alpine lodge, while radiant heat, DirecTV and a bubbling hot tub add modern comforts. In the open-concept living area, a wrap-around leather sofa and armchairs frame a two-story, stone fireplace and large-screen TV for cozy nights after a day of mountain adventures. Through an arched log doorway, a formal dining table seats 8 guests for dinner with mountain views. Four stools at the kitchen breakfast bar allow for a separate “kids’ table.” The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals. Sliding glass doors open the dining area onto an expansive deck overlooking the Spanish Peaks. A table and chairs allow for al fresco dining on blue-bird days, while lounge chairs and a private hot tub add relaxation. Stretching the length of the home, the deck also has entrances from the living area and master bedroom. Each of the home’s five bedroom suites offers mountain or woodland views through big picture windows.

Offering ski access via the Cascade and White Otter lifts, the Hoos Views home is a true mountain paradise. With nearly 5,000 square feet, there are 5 bedrooms—two kings, two queens, and one bunk room with two twins and two doubles. The two luxurious master suites are furnished with gas fireplaces. In addition to two large family rooms, there is also a home office. The large kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line granite countertops and Thermador appliances, including a 6-burner stove and double oven with indoor grill top, two refrigerators, and a walk-in pantry. Guests can choose to dine in the large dining area or outside on the large wraparound deck with ceiling heaters. Other amenities include a house-wide Sonos sound system and two home theater systems, two sets of washer/dryers, an outdoor gas fire pit, large gas grill, 8-person outdoor hot tub, separate ski/gear room, and 2-car garage.

Sophisticated and contemporary, the Swift Bear Lodge is a year-round getaway with spectacular mountain views of Lone Mountain. In winter, this 5 bedroom, 5 bath home is ski accessible with easy access to the White Otter lift. One of the bedrooms is located on the main level, with a king bed and private bath. There are three more bedrooms downstairs, two of which offer king beds and the last of which has a captain’s bunk bed. One of these bedrooms has a private bath, while the others share a hall bath. The fifth bedroom is located above the garage with two sets of twin bunk beds and a private bath. The game room is downstairs and has a pool table and TV/DVD player. The covered deck has a gas grill and private outdoor hot tub; the two-car garage offers boot dryers and ski cubbies for your convenience.
