Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. This Moonlight Mountain Home is ideal for year-round getaways to Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park. Located in the Cowboy Heaven area of Moonlight Basin, there is a trail from the lower level patio of the home that guests can use to access the Alpine Meadows ski run. To ski in, guests can walk back to the cul-de-sac where the home is located. Guests will also enjoy the panoramic mountain views from the private hot tub and being able to warm up after a long day of skiing in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Summertime means outdoor living area on the spacious deck, and convenience to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting. Guests have access to the private amenities at the Moonlight Club which includes a pool, outdoor activity center, and Jack Nicklaus golf course with an optional temporary membership fee. This home also includes the use of the owner's private ski locker at the Moonlight Lodge with the Moonlight Club access fee. For your convenience, the home is equipped with a laundry room and a one car garage.

In winter ski-in/ski-out access to White Otter chair lift makes this home super convenient for skiers and boarders. Ideal for large families, this luxury home boasts 5 bedrooms, each with a king bed, and a bonus room downstairs. There are additional beds in most of the bedrooms, with sleeping accommodations for up to 20 people. Silverado Lodge is a sprawling modern cabin situated halfway between Big Sky’s Town Center and the Spanish Peaks mountain range, a 5-minute drive from restaurants, shops and entertainment downtown and just 20 minutes from skiing at Big Sky Resort. Constructed using Western red cedar logs, the 5-bedroom estate offers a feeling of seclusion with sweeping views and a private sledding hill in the backyard. Through an arched log doorway, a formal dining table seats 8 guests for dinner with mountain views. Four stools at the kitchen breakfast bar allow for a separate “kids’ table.” The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals. Sliding glass doors open the dining area onto an expansive deck overlooking the Spanish Peaks. Summertime means outdoor living with spacious decks, a private outdoor hot tub, and of course spectacular nearby Yellowstone National Park! Convenience to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting abound – not to mention direct ski in/ski out access to Big Sky Resort. The home offers three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a king. Each bedroom has a private bath. The master bedroom also has a gas fireplace. The crew will also love to gather around the TV and Wii gaming console in the loft, which also has a private bath, Additional sleeping room is available on the two twin beds with trundles in the loft. A separate living room is equipped with a SmartTV, BluRay player, and a wood-burning fireplace. For your convenience, the home is equipped with a laundry room and a one car garage. Guests of 7 Mountain Home can enjoy access to the private Moonlight Club for an additional fee, which includes a fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub.

The spacious master suite offers views of its own with a private balcony overlooking mountains and towering pine trees. In addition to a king-sized bed, this room features a plush loveseat facing a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaker tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms are on the first floor, both featuring queen-sized beds and private bathrooms. A third-floor loft features two additional twin beds plus an additional trundle bed to comfortably sleep 10 total guests, as well as a full-length sofa, desk, flat-screen TV and private bath. From the main-level ski room, a private staircase leads to a groomed access trail for convenient ski access to Moonlight Basin or Big Sky Resort, giving each guest the freedom to hit the slopes, break for lunch, or start apres-ski at their leisure.
