Well, my wife and me bring the babies with us to the lodge.  We mostly ski at a small hill with a fairly quiet lodge.  We take turns skiing, and occasionaly convice some friends to look after the kids wile we ski togeather.  Last year we had our 2 year old on skiis every day we were out.  The 2 and 0 year old nap under the tables in the afternoon.  Works great.  I just can't wait untill they are old enough to hit the double Ds with me.

(don't tell anyone, but my wife and I usualy share a pass, since we almost never ski togeather)
