My boyfriend and I are looking in to Lake Tahoe for our next vacation.  Neither of us have ever been, but are both really excited to go.  We originally thought of Colorado, but thought we could go to California on a short drive for a day or so and we would be getting two vacations in one.  My brother told me to stay in Reno since it is a good location to get in both Tahoe and California...not to mention Reno as well!  Neither my boyfriend nor I have any major skiing experience so we don't want to stay somewhere where it houses the experts!  Does anybody have any suggestions...somewhere, nice and is not going to break the bank!!!
