I'll go with the following in no particular order:
Arapahoe Basin, CO (lots of expert terrain for a smaller area)
Whistler/Blackcomb, BC Canada (HUGE! Tons of snow. and...HUGE!)
Alta/Snowbird, CO (As they say "The Best Snow on Earth!" The powder is so fine, you can't hear your skiis!)
In the US: Big Sky (I have friends who live there), Crested Bute, Steamboat.
